Forgot to post our new pics

We just had some pics taken. It was done on post and they did your hair, make-up and 1 photo for $25. Any other pics were extra. Though I hate the way they did my make-up and everything, can't beat the deal. Aaron bargained his booty off so that I could get a CD quickly of the photos that were taken. So I thought that I would share them with everyone.

What an AWESOME start to a weekend!!!

Well, yesterday we got a call telling us that Aaron came out on the E-7 list. It is kind of funny seeing as Aaron has yet to do anything for his 7, but we will take the blessing. Aaron also signs his paperwork for his CSRB on Tuesday, which we are anxious and excited about.

Today we bought me my first motorcycle!!! I got a small 2009 Honda Rebel 250. It is light enough for me to handle and something simple for me to learn how to ride on. I spent about an hour riding it around the housing here getting a feel for it. 2nd gear has never felt so good! "Driving" really is better "riding". Aaron was kind enough to take some pics and a video of my first ride. (And I never even dropped it, which I sort of was expecting.)
We had to drive an hour away to hit a decent bike shop. We went there yesterday, I fell in love with this bike, and we went back today with the trailer and bought it. We are waiting for the bonus for me to buy a couple of helmets that I want to be painted with a certain design I drew up. I also could not find a jacket that fit my short arms with my big bust, so we have to hit up another shop somewhere else we were directed to. Again, I figure that when we got out to really ride I will just wear Aaron's jacket for now. I already have a helmet that I have been wearing while riding backseat on Aaron's crotch-rocket.
I did almost run Aaron over once. I was using my front brake handle and accidentally gassed it up at the same time...lol. I yelled for him to move out of the way in time. He didn't get upset or anything. What a Trooper!

ALOT To Catch Up On

Let's start with Valentines Day. It just so happens that V-Day followed our income tax pay day. So Aaron and I bought each other iPod Touches. I already had an iPod Nano and Aaron had a crappy Zune. I had been trying to convince Aaron to get an iPod for a while since Zunes turned out to be a busted piece of junk. So he bought me a iPod Touch and then himself one...lol. I use mine everyday. Absolutly love it. Aaron has barely touched his, but only because he is reading a
book at the time. (I just stole his iPod and loaded tons of stuff on it...looks like he is finally playing with it. Maybe it won't be such a waste of money afterall).

We also went out for a Japanese dinner and a movie. The dinner was below satisfactory and the movie was just horrible. So Aaron decided that we needed a redo and we went out for alligator that weeeknd. Luckily, the alligator was beyond delicious. We absolutly love it and have made this new eatery our regular dine out.

We also have made some new friends. They have moved here recently and we have been hanging out with them regularly. Of course the wife, whom I have been spending time with, has recently found out that she is pregnant so it is making for some uncomfortable times. But I will deal with it to the best of my ability. We get together to play games, have dinner, go shooting and fishing and just have fun.

We also have purchased a new rifle. It has given us new things to do such as hitting the range every week. I am the best shot, but I try not to run it in Aarons face too much.

I also have just had my remaining 3 wisdom teeth removed. It has not been fun. I am in pain and look like a chipmunk. But at least I take beautiful pictures when I am drugged up.

Last night Aaron thought that I needed to get out since I have been doing so lousily with my recovery. So he took me out to see Race To Witch Mountain. We invited our new doubling couple, Billy and Tracie. Billy came but Tracie stayed home. She just started working at a hair salon and was saying how tired and hurt she has been. So looks like it will just be the two guys and me hanging out for a while. I am just glad to get out of the house myself.

I have also been taking fertility drugs. My dosage has been doubled for this cycle and we are being sent to a specialist. We are keeping our fingers crossed. If anything, we are looking into going to the Czech Republic for IVF seeing as it is WAY SO MUCH cheaper.

Well, that is about it for now I guess. It is hard enough for me to concentrate on typing this up while Aaron has X-Files on. We are watching the whole series so it definitly has my attention. I will try to update more...and more frequently.

Hobby Turns Into Habit

I wanted to make a cute little gift box for a girl who is moving down here around the 1st of next month. She hit me up on MySpace a couple of months ago and we have been talking almost everyday since online. I thought it would be nice to have a little gift box with some goodies for her when she gets here.
After I made one, I kept making more. All different types. I see something cute I either look up or guess on how to make it. These are just a few of what I have made in the past 2 days.

Surgery has come and gone...beware the pics on bottom...they are bloody

Well, I finally had the surgery yesterday. Three slices on my tummy later and boy am I in pain. The carbon dioxide they pumped into my stomach has put so much pressure on my diaphragm and nerves that it has caused my neck, shoulders and chest hurt so bad that it waked me up. I have had some minor allergic reactions to all of the meds so I am constantly scratching my face, hands, feet and tummy. They did find that I have a slim to none chance of ever carrying full term and having a baby. Apparently it was a miracle I was able to get "chemically" pregnant the three times before, and no wonder it took 2 years in between each one.My tubes were screwed up badly. One tube did not fully develop when I was in my mothers womb (way to go mom!). The other was being sort of choked off by scar tissue that was caused by what they believe to be childhood trauma to my tummy. They said that how it was leads them to believe it is that old. So I was pretty much screwed from the get go. They did as much cutting and fixing as they could on the damaged one, nothing they can do on the undeveloped one. They want Aaron and I to continue trying to get pregnant after I heal up for a couple of months. They did however say that it is a slim chance and our best chances will be through IVF. Of course, you can afford that on an enlisted soldiers salary?!?! Stupid Tricare!Oh well, guess we'll just have to cancel any vacation and fun plans and just use all of our savings and whatever bonus we get when reenlistment comes up as our IVF Fund. Well, I guess that is about it.

SO BORED

Our only friends moved the day that we came back after the holidays. So, we really have been doing nothing. I have had doctors appointments everyday and was in the ER Sunday. Turns out that you can have your ears TOO clean, which leads to a very bad infection that can actually spread to the brain. Luckily, I went in not being able to take the pain and dripping anymore. So, having caught it before it got too bad I just have to keep drops in my ear at all times.

Then there are the appointments preparing me for surgery, which is Tuesday. Now I will be having two things done to me instead of one. Fingers crossed they find what is keeping me from having children. They said that I will probably have to go in for another sugery after this one if they find something too big to pull through the scope...but I am staying positive.

But I am getting some picture work done. This is just another something something I did.

New Years's Resolutions....

...everybody has them. I tried to make mine reasonable and attainable. No more of that whole..I wanna lose 45 lbs by the summer crap. NOPE, not for me. This year is all about 2 things, taking batter care of myself and getting to the temple...being a better person and a better Mormon.
Here are mine...what are yours?

1. Exercise at least 45 minutes 5 days a week.
2. Stop cursing.
3. Do not go to bed with laundry still in machines.
4. Do not go to bed with dishes still in sink.
5. Blog at least once a week, even if nothing really blog worthy happened.
6. Go to church every Sunday, unless bedridden.
7. Pay tithing every month.
8. Take at least one dog on a walk a day, unless weather prohibits.
9. Put at least $200 in savings a month.
10. Get back into scrapbooking, try to get at least a page done a week.
11. Pray everynight.
I know that some may think that my goals are dumb, but this is how I feel I can become better in almost every aspect of my life.

I also did this with my Corel Paintshop. I thought some of you might enjoy it.
